When thinking about the Maldives, I indeed think about crystal clear water, sandy coastlines and the blue sky, but never thought about the opportunities to do water sports. They all look fun to me, but especially a ride in the glass-bottom boats or Dinghies is something I would like to try. Good to know that best time for doing this is from April to October.

I so wish I didn’t get seasick so easily so that I can enjoy all these fun water activities. I would love to try kayaking again. Being out in the ocean in the crystal clear water with gorgeous views are the best of times!

These all sound like wonderful options to take in the beauty around the Maldives underwater. I’d definitely be curious about Under-water walking though! I didn’t even know that was a thing and I like walking above water when traveling to explore on foot so underwater must be just as cool.

What a lovely list. I love water sports and have tried all of those things but in other parts of the world not in Maldives. Underwater walk was my favorite so far among these (kayaking would’ve been if only I could row a boat haha). Would be fun to see what Maldives underwater life is like.

I got pumped after reading about the glass bottom boats. So it seems like you operate them yourself and no swimming skills necessary… sounds like fun! I’d love to spend some time observing marine life which is why I enjoy snorkeling so much but this adds a different twist to the Maldives experience.
