Have you experienced Spain in Dubai yet?

03 Apr Have you experienced Spain in Dubai yet?

Often enough when one lives away from home, feeling homesick is an emotion that refuses to leave even the strong hearted alone. But when in Dubai, this land chooses to do things a little differently. Heralded as the most inclusive and diverse Emirate and home to more than a dozen nationalities, Dubai’s most well-known real estate developer – Emaar is the leading force behind  the  premium gated community called ‘The Arabian Ranches’

Before you start thinking to yourself, what’s Spanish about an Arabian Ranch, you must read on.

From Hello to Hola!

It may come as a pleasant surprise to you that the villas here draw inspiration from Spain’s coastal villas and their trademark architectural style. The massive 247-acre Arabian Ranches Golf club has 140 residences in total and each of them has distinct Spanish features like the sloping terracotta roofs, which when coupled with their elegant exteriors will make you exclaim “¡Dios mío!” regardless of your nationality!

And that’s only after one look of the exterior.

As you venture inside, you simply cannot fathom the beauty that unfolds in front of you. As you tread on the marble floors, you can hear the laughter of your family echoing through the walls already. As you proceed to discover one room after another of this five-bedroom villa, you will want to tuck your children into their beds and kiss them goodnight. You’re now heading towards the outdoor entertaining area, where you play the perfect host to your friends on a starry, celebratory night as the latest songs waft through the cool air. Or if you’re someone who likes their weekends to be quiet and peaceful, you have a private swimming pool and a professionally landscaped garden all to yourself. Get to reading your latest book haul and start sipping on a cool lemonade, when the weather’s just perfect. It’s your home after all – well, almost!

After you’ve had that one look into the impeccable villas at The Arabian Ranches, you’ll know deep down, you’ve always wanted this – unspeakable luxury that’s hidden amidst pure simplicity.

Finding a spark of home in a land far,far away

Besides the beautiful exterior and the opulent and sunny interiors of the villas, one cannot ignore the immense thought that has gone into the making of this residential community much more than being just that. The Arabian Ranches are focused at being a place where you and your family experiences what a true home feels like. With international schools, world-class medical facilities and two shopping malls that are just minutes away from you, your family will have all that it will ever need right within the community gates.

All in all, we’d say the villas at The Arabian Ranches are your long-awaited escape to beautiful Spain, albeit in the heart of culturally colourful Dubai.

The only question that remains is – ‘Are you home yet?’

This residential community is just so perfect. I love the convenient that it brings to the community, which has everything in one place. I love the homey vibes and both exterior and interior are amazing and I can definitely conclude that it has been perfectly planned before the output has arrived. I love that Dubai has this, something unique and amazing!

such a pity. I was in Dubai a couple of years ago but I didn’t know about this place. Arabian Ranches Golf can be interesting to explore if you stay for longer in the area. Dubai is such a great mix of cultures and the expats bring a new dimension to the Arab world.
